I was very afraid that someone might be lurking and have seen this thread.
Today I saw another sad poster. As I'm coming home from the grocery store I notice a smaller laminated poster just below my poster on a stop sign.
It said LOST PUPPY. Its a pug missing now in my area. My husband and I looked at the poster and he said " You see, all you've done is helping others"
Because this has been the first time that I have seen any sign laminated.
I just dont know what it is. I have never noticed so many missing dogs in our city. I think it's at least 4-5 dogs in our area.

I think hired a PI will be the best thing to do, specially one like a retire cop, sheriff or even FBI, they can get this thing done in no time, and ck on that person everything they have access that regular people can't have, depends how far you want to go, for a short video, picture etc, you can ID the dog is is yours and then go to the cops, it may be a little expensive or may not but it will be worth your peace of mind
