WE live in 1.5 hrs north of the MS gulf coast & we evacuated to my parents' house. Even at my parent's house we got LOTS of wind damage & power outages. Our apt. survived THANK GOODNESS, just minor damage to the side of our building. Ginger weathered the storm & heat like a pro!
