I think that it would be a great idea to rescue these two little ones from an owner that no longer wants them. Are you sure that you can't take them both?
I would just go to the sellers home and visit them before making a commitment, just to make sure that everything seems as it should be. A call to their vet wouldn't hurt either. Good luck. Please let us know what happens.
