Any suggestions on how to get her accustomed to it?

I found mine right here on Yorkie Talk!

Gus hated his too. I put it on its side with his blanket and every day would put treats in it or throw a toy in so he would go in and run back out. I left it there so he could go in if he wanted and get used to it. Then I would put him in for just a few minutes and take him somewhere he really likes-the kitchen for a treat or outside. Anything fun. Slowly, he got accustomed to it. I can't say he is thrilled being in there but he does lie down and stays quiet most of the time.
