Sophie is stubborn with the drop-it command, too. I'm afraid tissues will always be a problem. We haven't been able to keep TP on the roller since we got her . The only thing that works for me is saying "cheese" and offer her a little tiny bit in exchange for whatever she's got in her mouth. It always works for us.
