The potty training.... you need to clean up all accidents with an enzyme cleaner such as Nature's Miracle or she will never stop going there. If you don't catch her literally in the act... you cannot punish her. Dogs have short term memory and do not understand why you are yelling at them after the fact. You need to constantly watch 24/7 and watch for signs (sniffing, etc) and take her outside. If you cannot watch her 24/7, back in the crate she goes. The crate should NEVER be used as a punishment though... it should be a happy place to go. When you are home, take her out every 30 mins. to begin with... if she doesn't go, back in the crate (but not as a punishment).

As for guests... tell your guests to not pay attention to her at all. They need to ignore her. Somewhere she's learned that jumping etc gets her attention.
