Callie hated her crate when she was a puppy but I made her sleep in that until she was potty trained then she upgraded to a big girl bed and that wasn't keeping my ceiling fan from blowing cold air on her so I found a soft sided dog house and bought it and put two blankies in there and she loves it. Sense she was a pup going into the crate we would say "go to bed" and she would and get a treat, she doesnt need the treat to do it now but she still gets it. I am afraid I would roll over her when I was sleeping so we both like having our own beds but if she is sick or doesn't feel good or just needs mommy I will let her sleep with me.
