i just went back thru my profile notes and it asks for an intro so here goes:

i adopted my billie in april of last year, she is almost 6 and an absolute joy! i have cats and wanted a little dog but had no idea how much i would love her. she and the cats generally ignore one another, so its been an okay transition for them.

i asked her breeder to please pet sit for me at the beginning of january, and she had a great visit there - and while i was there, i learned her daughter had a daughter, and got to meet her, and now I am in the process of getting her granddaughter too! her name is holly and she will be ready to go end of feb, when she turns 12 weeks old. in the meantime, billie and i are visiting and i am already falling for holly too!

i have been on here for just a little while now, and want to say to everyone participating that this has been so wonderful and informative and i am very happy to have found this community!
