I was nervous when we got our Yorkie. After reading endlessly on this website I finally got my bearings with Yorkie's. They are very different and not a dog for someone who isn't committed. They love attention and will love YOU! We have always had cats and one labradore retriever. I got my Yorkie has a surprise last April. While I have had some exasperating moments with her she has "grown up" now. She is house trained and sleeps through the night and if I take her out about 7 AM she will get back in the bed with me and sleep late!
