First , maybe you are having her spend a little to much time in the crate so she is just to excited to be out.. If you put her in her crate at 9 or so at night to go to bed then get up at 430 am thats 7 hours then another 7-9 hours in there again.. it might be too much. Have you tried an expen.. giving her a little more room now that she is older , or maybe gating her in the kitchen.. leave her her bed, toys , water and food.. and put a pee pad or potty patch for her to relieve herself..and play and get some good excersise in... maybe that will help , it would be really hard to potty train her outside if she is alone nearly 9 hours a day , they have such tiny bladders.... Id try giving her some more room and some more excersise see if that helps and maybe she will learn where her potty place is
