ok guys, I've been trying to get Kaylee to use potty pads when she can't get outside...but she only uses them sometimes and other times she goes right on the carpet.. I have one out in all the rooms am I doing something wrong?? she is 15 months now and she knows when I ask her what happened here that she is not suppose to potty on the floor..help..
