Hi. If you are unable to find a good home here on YT for him, please contact me and I'll be happy to try and locate a very reputable rescue that will take him. Please don't list him in the local paper or Craigslist. It's only asking for trouble. You just don't know where he'll end up. Also, check references, both personal and vet references. This is very important and insist on a home visit before and after Toby is placed. If I can help in anyway, please feel free to PM me herer on YT or send me a a note to jrsygal37@aol.com. I'll be more then happy to try and locate a rescue for you.
