Yopu opnly wrap the band on the bow around twice.
I use vinyl bands that I get in the childrens dept at walmart. I put one band in then put the bow in, starting it towards the back of the head, with the bow right side up, twist it and turn it to the front. then add another vinyl on top. They stay in for a whole week.
