No actually they crawled there themselves. They are 3 weeks old today and move around great for being so young, they are both sooo active. They are climbing out of their box more often now.
Thankfully they can't climb into the water bowl, it's hanging up. It's one of those bowls with a hook on it that you can hook onto a cage or pen, very useful. I got it because when pups start getting older they would step in the water bowl and spill it everywhere. This solves the problem. High enough that they can't spill it or anything but still low enough to drink out of.
