Nope! If you register a litter - have a litter, you can expect them to come by unexpectently at any time. I know, since many of my club members have been inspected and they only have litters occasionally. So you never know. Reason so many millers and BYB go with other registries. They don't want to be inspected and have it be known. And having one litters makes a person a breeder.
At one of my club's meeting we had an AKC rep. come and speak to us. She said expect them at any time. They have a book on line as to the guidelines breeders must follow and they also have the paperwork templates to help breeders document everything. You can use your one documents too to keep breedings and litters straight too. There are programs out there too to help with documentation.
