Guess the first thing I'd recommend is a carseat with a piddle pad, a blanket, water, NutraCal or Karo syrup in case there's a hypoglycemic episode, harness and leash. For home.....a crate/ex-pen (I like the ex-pen), washable piddle pads, Nature's Miracle, and a timer to get you up at night.
