Yes they have in some areas, other areas are still holding their prices.
It's not only the economy but simply sujpply and demand. More breeders, less buyers.
Now it will start to be just like with the traditionals, if you want quality, you are going to pay more for it. I'm starting to see some very questionable looking parti yorkies out there.
