This is exactly what was happening lately and she couldn't get comfortable and she would scurry from one place to another trying to find a spot to lay down and she would also sometimes shake. Zoe has been on chicken and rice since she threw up the other morning and she is feeling SO MUCH better now. No nausea or vomiting so far  Even my sister commented on how happy she seems and how much more energy she seems to have now.  to everyone! yeah the shaking is pain, the uncomfortableness is tied to pancreatitis as that is painful which can be triggered by ibd. Then if doing good on chicken and rice I would look into a homecooked diet where you can feed that and add some veggies in and a multi-vitamin supplement and bone meal
it is tough to homecook though but if you want a nutritionist many like it is this one
