Since Bella is so small, I would say let her stay at the vets overnight if there is someone there to keep an eye on her. If not, she would do better home with you by her side. Never assume they will have someone in the office overnight. The first vet I had, offered overnight stays but then to my astonishment had no one there to watch over the animals. It seems silly to me to offer that option if you have no one to watch them.
