Thanks everyone for your replies. Betty Boop, aka The Boopster, is eating Purina One Puppy. She is 6 months old now. I got her at 3 months old. I brought her home with a bag of Eukanuba from the breeder who said that is what she was eating. When I got The Boopster home, she wouldn't touch it. So, I bought other foods that were very high quality and she would only pick at them. She eats Purina One Puppy better that any of them. I know the 3rd ingredient is Corn Gluten Meal.

Yesterday I bought Royal Canin Yorkshire 28 (for puppies 10 months and older). Is this a high quality food? If anyone has any suggestions on high quality food, I sure would appreciate it.

To get her to eat I add a teaspoon or so of boiled chicken with a little broth. Am I doing wrong by doing this? She will nibble what is left all during the day. I leave the food. She is such a light eater and that is why I leave it in the floor.

Oh, I almost forgot, I've caught her eating the cat's poop when we are outside!! I have to watch her like a hawk!!!! and also FOR hawks. I've seen hawks and owls in the woods next to us. I worry about that. I never leave her alone.
