Please help!! Does anyone know why this has happened and what I can do to make them point again? I initially thought it was because her hair had grown quite a bit longer in the past month so I gave them a good trim and cleaned them thoroughly and they are just flopped over
She is over 5 months old and has had "perfect points" since she was very young!!
