This is embarrassing to ask, but why is my dog eating its own poop? She started doing this about a month ago. We've changed her food until we found one she liked better than the rest. I can't say that the food change coincided with eating the poop. We just try to keep it picked up when she accidentally goes inside the house. But, when she goes outside, it seems like she always finds some old poop and chows down.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
