i don't know yet if mine is going to be really big, but i'm pretty interested in hearing from others with "larger than standard" yorkies as well. he is a lil chunker, 5 lbs. at 12 weeks! he has really huge paws. i'm sure he's going to be at least 10 lbs full grown.
