Your puppy is not seeing you as the pack leader, if he did there is now way he would bite or growl at you. I suggest you go to Welcome to Cesar Millan's Official Web Site | Cesar Millan and get his books and videos.

Meanwhile here are a couple of things for you to work on. When you feed him, pretend to eat from the bowl first. Pack leaders always eat first.

When you set the bowl down, stand guard over it and do not let him est until you say OK and walk away.

if he does growl at you or bite at you, you must react instantly with a snap and growl of your own.

Remain calm at all times, yelling is a sign of in stability to a dog. They do not understand. Leaders are always calm and assertive.
