Thank you for your posts and for being concerned. I really appreciate it. I haven't been able to post much here and definitely need to. This is a great website. I don't know of any yorkie owners and would love to get to know some people who have yorkies like our Cooper.

Since you have young children.....I would advise you to keep the pup in a more confined area....such as an x-pen when you are unable to keep a close eye on the activity.....only bringing him out when you've had a chance to puppy proof the area of what children are known to leave lying around......

My girlfriend has a problem with her young adult boys, leaving unfinished McDonald food in their rooms and on the floor. Her almost 2 year old yorkie still gets into stuff and hence a bout of diarreah or upset tummy still happen.....
