Here here! I fully agree that the term "mill" fully stands for a place or shelter that turns out it's product at a rapid rate. The term "puppy mill" ABVIOUSLY stands for people who produe hundreds of puppies at a rapid rate for profit, and IMO can't care nearly as much for their pups as a breeder who only specializes in one breed and cares for each litter at a time. I know nothing about breeding, but I can only imagine the difficulties, stresses, financial obligations, and long hours that come with it! But, those who do it, do it for the love of the breed, not for the love of money.
