Palete count 469 170-400
monocytes 960 0-840
He has infection going on, would that be why these are elevated?  I'm concerned, b/c that's just me  Are there other numbers you care to to know any questions i should ask...When the was taken, he was not on a fast and he did vomit earlier that afternoon, oh and he didn't eat his lunch before we brought him?? was the bun high or the creatinine? my guess is bun was high and that threw ratio off and bun is just dehydration
