thanks for the input. i'm so confused i've got a headache from trying to figure this out. i thought i'd read here somewhere that speed of the motor is key?
petedge has a trimmer with a speed of 7200 spm, 2 blades (one for course and one for fine hair...they do not give a number), and combs in 6mm and 9mm. it's very inexpensive but the speed caught my eye.
the wahl silverclip is on sale from 75.00 to something like 34 bucks. it is 6000 spm. blade adjusts from 2 to 3 mm. also comes with 5 comb attachments which range from 1/8" to 3/4".
any advice? i'm not looking to be a groomer and will only use it on lulu. i'm on a tight budget but don't want to have to try a million different ones before finding something that works! thanks!
