well since they just had dentals yes
but i wipe down their teeth every night before bed now to stay on top of it. I used petzlife gel on my maltese for a year and she lost 27 teeth due to periodontal disease at 4 years old so lost faith in that product and i was very religious about it
and i took her to a board certified dentist too
My yorkie girl at 5 only lost 5 teeth so my maltese was real bad
