Maybe the flea pill is Capstar but I was given Comfortis by my vet for Zoey. It is a monthly pill and it is for dogs 5-10 lbs so he has me give her 1/2 a pill once a month. This half makes the cost considerably less (tho I can not remember exactly what I paid). She has tolerated it well although you need to give it to her with a meal.
So no idea, but thought I would throw it out there. ALSO, I have not heard any comments about it positive or negative so I can't give any testimony other than her tolerance over the last few months.

Be careful if you use Comfortis. The FDA issued a warning about using Comfortis and Ivermectin (Heartguard) together:
