I used our local PetSmart puppy training class and I found it useful as I never owned a puppy or dog for that matter. They used clicker training and I liked that. Sophie loved the class and to this day everytime we pull up in front of Pet Smart she goes bonkers! She loved all her little friends that she had in class. Only drawback? They didn't separate the BIG puppies from the small puppies.
