Default Yorkie Puppy

Hi I was just trying to do some research on our puppy. He is 4 weeks old today. We took him to the vet Wednesday because we recently noticed that when he was breathing, on his left side you could see something popping out. The vet took xrays and told us that he has about a cm gap between his 9th and 10th rib with no muscle between the 9th and 10th rib. She told us that it was his lung that we were seeing bump in and out when he breathes. Does anyone know what kindof survival rate he might have or what kind of problems this might cause later on if he survives. He is eating well (we are bottle feeding) and he is playful. He weighs 9 ounces. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
