I don't think it has anything to do with Petsmar in general. it has to do with the trainer.. Do your research ask the trainer to sit through one or two of her classes to watch and see how it is like. search around town for diff trainers. Goodluck with everything. Sometimes when you enroll yourself in trainig it is more for you to learn and then pass on that knowledge on how to train your dog to your dog..lol
