It's very common, and actually a good thing. Many times the baby teeth do not fall out on their own, and that means putting you pup under anesthesia again, which is risky. Might as well take care of it when they are already under, and only take the risk once. I intend to let them pull any that might not have fallen out when I get Jezebel spayed.
