Looking for suggestions on traveling with the little one. Maggie is 8 months old and somewhat of a homebody. She goes to town with us and also to visit family and friends. She has yet to travel a long distance. We are planning a trip 1000 miles away to see our grandchildren. We will be driving, so that will help some. My daughter lives in a three story home, but without a fence around it. Our granddaughters are 5 and 10 and very well behaved. My daughter doesn't have any pets, so my biggest concern is that Maggie will zip out the door with the girls. I have talked this out with my daughter, and she told me that all will have to watch out for Maggie. I know I may be overacting, but I can't see my daughter's family watching out for Maggie, when they are not use to watching out for a pet. Any suggestions on keeping Maggie safer, will be greatly appreciated.
