SOLANO COUNTY - A desperate plea from the SPCA of Solano County.
I am retiring and was wondering what can I do to keep some kind of structure in my life and to contribute to this cause. This is something that
may change my course in the direction of saving animals from these devastating circumstances. I will have to call to see how I can help.
