Depending on the person who works there and the situation (management could know they have a new dog) they may just get served a notice right away. As much as I'd hate to say it, someone who just picks up a random dog without caring about the owner.... isn't going to think about putting it back on the street if they get a cease and desist notice because they're not allowed or can't pay another pet deposit. If this is Cookie that would potentially be a horrible horrible thing. |
I disagree. As a long time apartment dweller, animal owner and nark, apartment managers and owners do care if a unauthorized pet is in their building, and I was not suggesting even allowing the conversation to get to that level if things did not go smoothly initially. Everyone would handle their own situation differently. But, this is Gen's lead, she will do as she feels is right regardless of our logic. All we are doing is speculating anyway, the truth might be far away from where we are, and we are not certain of anything in regard to this situation on the lead.
