I know it is hard to leave her but if there are vets there 24 hrs than I think she would be better off there where they can monitor her vitals and God forbid if there were any complications, she would be right there.
AT my vets they have a vets there 24 hrs bc it is an animal hospital. I have to have Pixie spayed in march and dread it but I know it has to be done. It is so hard leaving them but in some cases it is for the best.
Only If there is a vet there round the clock! That is my opinion.
