This is true you do their anal gland once and you always have to do it afterwords. My bailey has IBS and she is on a strick diet but still gets alot of soft stool and for us it is a need to get it done. It gets expensive after a while. $40 each time @ the vet. I am to scared to do it myself and not take everything out and it will get infected.
