 Yorkie Traits and Quirks
Coughing or "hacking" as we call it. Bella does this when she gets excited. When we return from an absence or when she meets new people or animals. She will often hack at these times. Maybe your furbaby is just excited to be around the other puppies.
We always use a chest harness on Bella at all times. Just be patient and you'll be okay. Bella was a star pupil her first 3 classes. Then the last two clases she just wandered around and refused to do any of her behaviors. Oh well, Yorkies are individuals and that's why we love them so much. |
