 Patience is the Key!
We took Bella out every hour, after she ate, played, etc. We would say "go potty" and then give her a treat IMMEDIATELY. If he wouldn't go within 10 min. we put her in her crate for 15 or so and then back out. It didn't take long before she went and then the intervals got longer. It took alot of praise, enthusiasm, and treats. But she got there. Good luck and try to stay positive even though it can be VERY frustrating! |
