Giardia and coccidia shouldn't be - but are pretty common with pet store/puppymill puppies.
My Mia came from a petstore and she had both. She had to have 2 treatments to get rid of it. Make sure you clean with ammonia or bleach if she has pooped on any surfaces other than her pee pad.
My Max came from a private breeder and has never had any of these problems.
Do you have any other pets around? If so make sure they don't come into contact with anything she's pooped on.
