Exactly! We have to stop buying, stop supporting, stop ALLOWING puppy mills to continue! You can help make steps towards this goal by choosing to not buy a puppy from this "breeder."
I'm emphasizing "breeder" because I cannot imagine any reputable person not knowing the exact weight of each puppy. It is so important to weigh them regularly to make sure they are gaining as they should and track their progress. Also, it is highly unlikely that a puppy this age is eating too much or is overweight. Puppies are amazing at eating just what they need and no more. Honestly, this "breeder" scares me to death.
