We are having a very difficult time potty training Zoey. We have been training her inside on potty pads, due to her being so small and us being afraid to take her outside due to her not having all of her shots yet... she has her own personality and when she wants to go on the potty pads, she will.. then other times she will look right at me and start peeing on the carpet. She knows she is in trouble once I say her name in a stearn voice, but continuously pees and poops wherever she likes. Don't get me wrong, we have taken her outside to see how she would react... and sure enough all she wants to do is sniff around rather than release herself and once we bring her inside, there she goes straight for the carpet again!! Suggestions??? Tips?? I know Yorkies are fairly difficult to potty train, but there has got to be something out there!!
