Did you watch any of the videos in the link I posted? This is how dogs in Missouri puppymills are forced to live. Kennel Footage - Puppies Aren't Products - Best Friends Network
The only way to shut down puppy mills is to stop buying from them. |
I am with on shutting down puppy mills, and it angers me to high levels to think that such conditions exist. I am very anti pet/store/industry myself.
If she was asking for advice before purchasing, then we would all advise her otherwise, but if she paid for the puppy already and the pup is on the way then what else can be done. The original poster obviously cares enough about the pup to come to this forum and she will make a great parent I hope, but if that pup goes to someone else, it can end up on the street or shelter at some point if that owner is put off by its size, which is silly, a pup is a pup regardless of it's size, its not his fault his was born.
