What I do with our little boy is wait for warmer weather and I think you should do the same. I tried talking him out one day but he shivered and shaked like CRAZY..lol. But I would wait for warmer weather. You could play with Chloe inside,such as playing ball or teaching her new tricks and she'll get all the excercise and energy she needs!
