I try to walk my 2 even if is cold. I bundle them up and watch them to see if they start to shiver or shake. We get wicked winds where I am so I really watch closely to see how they are reacting to the cold and winds. another reason I do this is to be consistent. Some days we only go to the mailbox, other days we may walk down to the stop sign, but at least they get some consistency.
I just found out this past snow storm that Hot Rod likes running and playing in the snow! I knew Maggie did from last year. I wouldn't keep them out too long as it is cold on their little pads. Hope this helps. |
