I am trying to find a thread about vitamin B for humans-not dog related. I can't remember who posted it but it was interesting and I want to read it again. I have been searching but for some reason am not having any luck. Does anybody remember this? It wasn't too awful long ago. If anyone can find it and share it with me I'd really appreciate it.
