They are a little softer sounding but much faster than momma's heart beat. They are pretty easy to detect though.

Supposedly you can tell the sex of the puppies by listening to the heart beats. Boys have faster heart beats.
I've haven't gotten that good at it yet as you really have to pay attention to each heartbeat but I still like trying to guess and see how close I was.

Right now I can tell the two pups in her right horn are the same sex but not sure which and I can't even guess on her left horn as Destiny's pups are moving around too much and her stomach is making so much noise it's hard to concentrate.
