I'm texting and calling all the dog lovers I know, but so far no luck

I got more information:

She has all her puppy shots and rabies shot, but will need her annual rabies shot
again in March, I got her since last June from my friend.* She's very well with
other dogs, I have 2 other dogs, and also cats.* She's about 8lbs, and probably
20inches in length!
